Our tems provides technical and information support to our Customers during the warranty period (12 months from the date of launch or 18 months from the date of equipment delivery) and during the post-warranty period.
Extended warranty obligations of 36 and 60 months have been established by the manufacturer for a number of devices.
We guarantee the replacement of all defective or defective (out of order) parts during the entire warranty period free of charge for the Customer as soon as possible, including at the place of installation of the equipment on the Customer’s site, except in cases of obvious intentional damage to the equipment, as well as the supply of spare parts and consumables for the purchased equipment for 15 years.
Our team performs service work and supply of spare parts in the post-warranty period on the most favorable terms when concluding a service contract for post-warranty service.
All issues and problems that arise during the warranty period of the equipment are discussed jointly with representatives of our team and the Customer, and resolved in the most convenient form for the Customer.
After-sales service is carried out on the basis of our own service center, or, by agreement, with departure to the Customer’s territory.
All engineering work is performed by qualified technical specialists who annually undergo training at the training centers of equipment manufacturers.
The knowledge and experience of our specialists are confirmed by relevant certificates.
